ٹرانسپرنسی انٹرنیشنل نے 180 ممالک میں عوامی سطح پر ہونے والی کرپشن کا جائزہ لیکر اپنی 2019 کے سال کی رپورٹ مرتب کی ہے، اس رپورٹ میں کرپشن کے بغیر صاف ستھرے ممالک کو 100 نمبر دیئے گئے ہیں جبکہ کرپشن سے لتھرے ہوئے ممالک کو 0 نمبر دیا گیا ہے، زیرو اور سو فیصد نمبر کسی ملک نے بھی حاصل نہیں کیئے ہیں، کم ترین کرپشن کرنے والے ممالک میں 87 نمبر کے ساتھ ڈنمارک اور نیوزی لینڈ پہلے نمبر پر آئے ہیں، فن لینڈ 86 نمبر کیساتھ دوسرے نمبر پر جبکہ سنگاپور، سویڈن اور سوئٹزرلینڈ 85 نمبر کیساتھ تیسرے نمبر پر آئے ہیں۔ کرپشن میں لتھرے ہوئے ممالک میں وینی زیلہ، یمن، شام، جنوبی سوڈان اور صومالیہ کے نام آتے ہیں اور ان ممالک نے سو میں سے 9 سے لیکر 16 نمبر حاصل کیئے ہیں۔ اس لسٹ میں برطانیہ 11 نمبر پر جبکہ فرانس 21 اور امریکہ 22 نمبر پر آتا ہے، انڈیا کا نمبر 78 جبکہ پاکستان 117 نمبر اور بنگلہ دیش 149 نمبر پر آتا ہے۔ جیسے جیسے کرپشن کا نمبر بڑھتا جاتا ہے ویسے ہی مذکورہ ملک کے عوام غربت کی گہرائیوں میں گرتے جاتے ہیں، اگر آج کرپٹ ممالک میں کرپشن اور بےایمانی ختم کردیں تو وہاں کے عوام بھی خوشحال ہونا شروع ہوجائیں گے۔
