کورونا وائرس کے بڑھتے ہوئے خطرے کے بعد سعودی عرب نے کئی ممالک کے عمرہ عازمین کو ملک میں داخل ہونے سے روک دیا تھا، ایسے میں وہ لوگ شدید پریشانی کا شکار ہو گئے تھے، جو پہلے ہی ویزے حاصل کر چکے تھے۔ اب ان لوگوں کے لیے سعودی حکومت نے ایک بڑا اعلان کر دیا ہے۔ سعودی گزٹ کے مطابق حکومت کا کہنا ہے کہ جو لوگ پابندی کے اعلان سے پہلے ویزاحاصل کر چکے تھے انہیں عمرہ فیس اور سروس چارجز واپس کر دیئے جائیں گے۔
سعودی وزارت حج و عمرہ نے لوگوں سے کہا ہے کہ جو لوگ ملک میں داخلے پر پابندی سے متاثر ہوئے ہیں وہ اپنے اپنے ممالک میں متعلقہ ایجنٹس سے رابطہ کریں۔ ان کے ایجنٹس کے ذریعے انہیں فیس اور سروس چارجز واپس کر دیئے جائیں گے۔ وزارت کی طرف سے جاری بیان میں یہ بھی کہا گیا کہ متاثر ہونے والے لوگ فون نمبر 00966-920002814 یا اس ای میل ایڈریس پر وزارت حج و عمر سعودی عرب سے بھی رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں اور کسی بھی طرح کی معلومات حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔
